(Teacher In-Service Day)

Come explore the trails, scenery and oldest continuously operated weather observatory in the United States on this day long excursion to the Blue Hills Reservation.  Participants will meet at the old Imagination Station parking lot across from the Coolidge Middle School and travel by van to Milton, MA where we will hike up the Great Blue Hill (elevation 635’) for a tour of the observatory and to soak in the views.  There are easy and moderate hiking trail options but this is open to all skill levels.  Be prepared with sturdy footwear and a day pack to hold water and a bag lunch.
