Pilates, Butt & Gut

Pilates is a gentle, but highly effective method of toning and strengthening the entire body.  It targets the "Power House" (the muscles around the waist and lower back, including the abdominals) while increasing flexibility.  Both beginner and expert exercisers are welcome as modifications will be given to allow all levels to make the workout perfect for you.  

***Please bring a mat to this class.***
