Summer Programs
Let's end summer on a high note!  Children will participate in a variety of sports & games, arts & crafts, science & nature, and cooperative games.  This week, we will do a little bit of everything that we did all summer long, like dodgeball, crazy hair day, relays, & MORE!!

REFUND POLICY:
- 100% refund minus $10 on or before June 4th
- 50% refund on or before June 18th
- No refunds after June 18th.

PLEASE NOTE:
Reading Recreation Summer Camp is inspected and licensed by the Reading Board of Health in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health 105 CMR 430.00 - 430.830.

**MEDICAL RECORDS**
  • You must submit your child's immunization records and proof of physical. The immunization records have to be up-to-date and the date of the physical has to be within the past two years.
  • The Recreation Division must receive all medical records at least two weeks prior to your child attending camp as all medical records must be reviewed and approved by the Town Nurse prior to your child attending camp. There will be no exceptions!!
  • Medical records must be submitted to the Recreation Division each year as these records are not kept from year to year.
